The WiFi dongles we had were generally awesome, great reception and speed. However, it does drop out occasionally. In order to get the service, we would have to restart the dongles. Other than that, I would definitely use this service again.

Absolutely 💯 service great

After considering all available options, Japan wireless stands out as the best solution for using internet in Japan. By not having any cap (limit) on daily usage or reducing speeds etc. at peak hours, this is extremely brilliant for the consumers. Thanks a lot!

I was right about having the product before traveling to Japan. Worked fine for 14 days as scheduled. Only confusing part was the drop off at Haneda Airport. Why can't the drop off be at the same place as pick up? They insisted of dropping at a post office or use red post, but took me a while for me to locate it as there were group of people gathering near it. I almost missed it

I used this service for 10 days and had no issues at all! Super fast internet, and the battery never ran out. Japan Wireless delivered to the hotel I was staying at, and I was able to drop it off at the airport once I was done. Thanks!

My girlfriend and I were in Tokyo for the 2023 Marathon. I was stationed in Yokosuka for 5 years and knew that having a pocket wifi was a necessity for being able to get the train schedules, look for good restaurants when we were out, etc. Japan Wireless made it so simple to order the gear and drop off. Additionally, they had it delivered to our hotel, so it removed any issues with knowing where to pick the equipment up.

The price was very affordable and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone planning any duration of stay.
