Loved that the service delivers directly to the hotel. Note is to make sure anyone orders it early enough as same day is not always possible which could be tricky when moving cities/hotels. Pocket Wifi worked great and was nice to have the battery backup.

The process for receiving and returning the device package is excellent and easy from the airport. Package contents were great including all cables, a portable battery, and a carrying case. The only negative is momentary slow or lost connection on Shinkansen in certain remote areas.
