Fair price. Fairly easy reservation. Just make sure the pick up point is the same as your arrival terminal. Also make sure to charge the unit every night. Very good (thumbs up)!

I loved using the pocket wifi in Japan.
I ordered it online and got it send to a postoffice near my apartment. The device is small, light and easy to use.
Cannot go wrong with it. Costumer service is helpful and kind. It is as a non Japanese speaking guest important to ALWAYS have my google maps and google translate working on my phone. And this device helped me sail smoothly in beautiful Tokyo. Thanks!

American here. Those with Metro PCS they don't have JP covered (as of May 2023 I'm writing this). If you want to stay in touch with loved ones easily as well as have the wifi to use Google maps or Navitime, this is good. It is kinda confusing at Narita to pick up if you choose the post office option because Arrivals are a bit hectic. Be sure to go to the Elevators to the 4th floor terrace and head left. A red mail box tells you--you've arrived at the post office. It was also easy to send back. They also gave me a bonus power source to charge up and use for both my phone and wifi. Riding on the Shinkansen was so pleasant. And navigating was also good.
The only downside is if you are in a highly populated area, the Wifi might cut out. You are going to have to rely on your sense of direction after that haha. If you are bad with directions, I recommend just waiting out the storm. Customer service did get to me pretty quickly when I grew concerned with the drops in Wifi.
Sorry for the long review I just want you all to know how it went for me and what to expect when landing. I forgot a lot of stuff because JP had been closed for so long (Anyone from the future who reads this: Look up Covid-19 and lockdown lol) that I didn't even remember where to go in Narita terminal when I thought I knew it like the back of my hand.
Cheers!
