El Wifi ha funcionado perfectamente para las 4 personas que lo hemos utilizado, solo en alguna ocasión le ha costado un poco activarse.
En general es muy recomendable.

Easy to pick up at the airport and very easy to set up. Good coverage connected to 3 devices and it worked very well.

We actually rented this particular pocket wifi quite urgently and last minute as our prior pocket wifi (from a different company) was absolutely non-functional. We required it quite urgently as we were departing Tokyo the next day, and they were able to organise very expedient drop-off to our hotel that same evening! We rang customer service to confirm it was coming and spoke to an incredibly helpful employee who not only confirmed with us, but also the hotel reception. After receiving it, the pocket wifi worked wonderfully with fast consistent speeds throughout our entire 3 week trip across many locations in Japan. The pocket wifi even came with its own backup battery pack in case it needed a charge while out and about. Overall, a fantastic pocket wifi device renal and even better customer service. Thank you all again! Would highly recommend.

We ordered the Premium WiFi. Our device was waiting for us at hotel check-in and was really easy to activate. Internet coverage was great, we had a good connection throughout our round trip, even on hikes in more remote places. Returning it at Tokyo Haneda airport in one of the mail boxes in the Departure hall was very convenient! Highly recommend!

Simple to use, arrived at our hotel as requested and kept us connected throughout the trip around Honshu and Kyushu. Cannot fault the service and would recommend to anyone wanting a solution for internet connection.

We were really satisfied with our pocket wifi in every way. Pick up and drop off were easy. The battery had a long life and the extra power pack was nice to have and easy to carry. We'll definitely use their service again when we're in Japan!
