Everything was working properly.

Japan WiFi is the best, I used it for my entire trip, It was extremely fast and best connectivity all over Japan.

The device arrived in time to the indicated post office and was very straight forward to pick up. Its operation is simple, it has a decent battery life and is mostly reliable. There have been some rare occasions on which the connection drops, but it recovers quickly. Speed varies depending on location but it's generally good for streaming video on multiple devices, as well as video conferencing. I'm pretty happy with the service

I am so glad I did a little research before my trip to Tokyo on May. I literally ordered this the day before my flight and they miraculously had the portable WiFi unit waiting for me at my hotel. It was very easy to setup and connect to. I used it throughout my visit then dropped it in the mail at my hotel on my way to the cruise terminal. It couldn't have been easier and absolutely worth the small expense

The website was easy to use and they did a great job communicating every step of the way. The hardest part was waiting for the device.

Worked great all trip for the 3 of us. The power bank was also handy to charge the wifi and our phones

We have extensively used it for 18 days on our travel. We had very good experience it worked well at all places. we did not face any issues with connections to networks!!

With the mobile WiFi ( and of course a smartphone) it was very easy to travel in Japan, find your way and communicate with people.
