Convenient! Will use again

I reserved a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. Very satisfied with product and securing and returning procedures! I’d do it again.

Didn’t have a single problem using this wifi pocket. Just need to remember to charge it, but it comes with a charger.

From Tokyo Osaka Kyoto. Reliable service provider.
Internet connection was fast. Will definitely rent again when I go back to Japan.

Value for money.

I was only in Japan for six days, but found the pocket Wi-Fi very helpful getting around. I could look up which train to get to go to my destinations and access google maps when walking about Tokyo. The product was waiting for me at my hotel on arrival and returning it was so simple. Thank you again.

Price is cheaper than most and it worked very well!

Device was delivered to my hotel on time and was easy to set up. The inclusion of a portable power pack to ensure that the device would remain powered up until the end of the day was very customer-friendly. Wifi access was hardly ever disrupted (only in some basement locations). Finally, the pre-prepared mailer to return the device was very convenient. Highly recommended provider.

This didn’t let me down once, the battery lasted all da, I had perfect service all day and even the power bank did really come in handy at the end of a long day.
