The device was mailed directly to our hotel. It was readily made available upon our arrival. It has very strong wifi connection anywhere in Japan. This is just awesome.

I travel to Japan several times a year and ALWAYS use Japan Wireless due to the ease of pickup and drop off. They will deliver it to your hotel where it will be waiting for you upon your checkin. When you’re finished, just drop it into a post box and you’re done.

Picked up and dropped off at the Narita Airport was smooth. The Japan Wireless pocket Wifi works without any issues. The speed was great and the fully charged battery can easily last a day. Super!

I used this wifi service during my recent 2 week stay in Tokyo and it was perfect, very reliable and consistent service, highly recommend.

My personal Wi-Fi worked as expected with some connect issues and carrying the weight around. It was good to have, excellence would have been more expensive.

It works for the most part. Sometimes require restart after 12+ hrs of usage. Definitely recommend the unlimited if you're staying for about a month.

Will definitely use this service again. The product was great, the delivery was convenient and the instructions provided made everything very easy. The unlimited data pricing was also very reasonable.

Staff at the pickup desk was friendly and helpful with explaining the setup and drop off process. The written instructions provided are clear and helpful too. I would use japan wireless again and recommend to others traveling also.
