J'ai été très satisfaite

I like this a lot better than getting a sim card put in my phone. Seems safer, but it is another thing to haul around.

Japan Wireless makes the entire process of having a portable WIFI simple. From day 1 of pick up to the final day of drop off, there wasn't a period that I had any difficulties. The signal of the Wifi is also reliable regardless of where we were in Nagoya. Thanks JW!! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service while being affordable.

The device was at my hotel when I arrived, worked perfectly throughout my trip and was so easy to return by post at the airport.

The wireless worked well the entire stay in Japan anywhere. The ones I got before from another company, the battery died after two hours and wifi was so slow. This one lasted the whole day while I’m out without charging. And also came with the extra battery pack.

I had a name changed for the pick up last min because my flight got delayed and they charged me.

We absolutely loved the convenience of the mobile wifi on our trip. The battery life well exceeded our expectations as well! All around, a A+ product.

The device worked everywhere I went. It was delivered to my hotel for my arrival. Would definitely rent again

While traveling for business, I rented the premium wifi box. It worked flawlessly the entire time and no issues for access anywhere I was. Will certainly use again.
