Honestly, hands down the easiest task for an international trip on your check list. It was so easy to purchase, had it shipped to my hotel, and the hotel drop it back in the mail. Had service the entire time while in Japan. The battery life was really good, but loved having a portable charger and cord included, just in case. Will definitely purchase again for my next trip to Japan. It was small enough to fit in my belt bag for dinners! Way better than trying to use your cell provider and way more cost efficient!

Everything was ok. I would probably got lost if I hadn't checked online maps. Thanks

The pocket wifi was very useful during our 2 week trip. It worked seamlessly with our devices. The initial cable provided did not achieve a 100% charge during the night. We emailed the company and they immediately sent us a new adapter and cable.

I'll definitely be using this wifi the next time I'm in Japan

signal was always good, battery life was long

I have no complaints. The device worked great and pick up and drop off was easy. Would definitely use again.

We are satisfied customer😊 The wifi we have rented really helped us a lot in our whole travel journey. It was so reliable! Thank you so much!

Ordered wi-fi router from US, had it delivered to my hotel in Tokyo, and dropped off the wi-fi router in the envelope.

Happy with the renting!

rented multiple pocket wifi's for family trip. had no issues with wifi service throughout tokyo & kansai area. we had the wifi's on all day, especially to check google maps & still only needed to charge at end of each day. the only inconvenient part of the whole process was finding the pick up counter at haneda. no clear directions & counter was almost hidden behind a huge column in deserted area.
