Super easy, fast and confiable

Amazing device to travel around Japan with. The Internet speed is unhindered and fast, and the provided charger and power bank was helpful as well. Recommended!

The pocket wifi and spare battery was a very old unit. When you see it you might have a second thought of renting it but then it turn out very useful and essential during travel, commuting on train and finding locations for shopping. Hopefully next time again.

Very Good Service, very happy

Your device was very reliable everywhere I went. I will recommend you to my friends and family thanks.

The Premium Wifi worked well during our trip. Although there was a time when the device kept shutting down after turning on but eventually the device stabilized and we didn't have anymore problems.
Instructions on how to operate and return the device were easy to understand.
Customer Service is also excellent because they respond right away to my queries.

Worked perfectlly for me

Extremely easy & convenient to use , just power on & its good to go , best suited for any group travelling or partner who are travelling around all of japan , having continuous & fast internet connections

Most importantly is their amazing and swift online customer support service, just shoot them with any technical questions or difficulties and get back with you asap within office hours

Very handy, easy to use, long battery life, good price. I never travel without renting a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless.

Note that if you are traveling in WELL off the beaten path, you may have connectivity issues, but that would likely happen with your cell phone as well, so I cannot blame them for that.

The pocket wifi I ordered arrived very fast to the address specified. Setting it up was very easy and I had no issues throughout my trip in Japan. I will use this service again.
