Easy pick-up, set up and return. Worked well.

The premium WiFi was a fantastic tool on my recent Japan trip. I was solo traveling for 2 weeks using just a carry-on and personal item, and this unit did not add any significant weight to my gear.

If you are not interested in a SIM card option for data access in Japan, this is as good as it gets. The rates were very affordable for me as a solo traveler, but it will obviously get more value when traveling as a group.

Highlighting the fact that the unit can be delivered directly to my hotel and the return has several options, is a plus for me.

I stayed for 7 days and it worked very well

Our portable wifi were at the hotel in time. We mostly appreciated the extra hours window for return the next day. That meant we didn't have to pay extra but still had wifi until we had to return them at the airport before we left.

Compared with a different device I used previously, this company offered great battery life and my teenager boys were really happy!

Prompt and quick to reply on queries.

I always use this service when traveling to Japan. Makes remote work easy and can work from any location.
