Perfect easy and simple

Easy pickup, easy return!

The service was great. I had coverage the whole time.

Great service. Easy pick up at Narita. Easy return. Great customer service. Our first pocket wifi unit stopped working. Emailed customer service and they overnighted a new unit. Good enough speed. Always connected. Great for navigation and quick peeks at reviews. Thank you for being a part of our great Japan trip.

We had it sent to our hotel. There when arrived and used it everyday for 17 days. So worth it

The device worked like I had hoped it would.

As a family of 3 from europe we were advised to rent a wireless box to avoid roaming charges. Japan wireless offered the best pavkafe for the duration we needed it along with excellent drop of and collection services. Althought the additional translator was unnecessary bonus the battery booster wad excellent and ensured no drop in service. Will definitely use again WHEN we come again.

The pocket WiFi from Japan wireless worked during my trip to Japan. Fast connection and easy to login. Charge lasted about 12 hours but if you’re out longer the extra power bank covered it. Just remember to charge each night and you’ll be good to go.

Easy to receive, to give it back and very usefull. Perfect fonctionnalities.
