We used the portable wifi-router everywhere in Tokyo and it worked really well. It was a must to have WiFi to access for example Google maps, that was really necessary being able to find our way to different places.

My experience with Japan Wireless was excellent. I preordered on line. When I arrived in Japan, it was waiting for me at my hotel. All I needed was included in the package, even the return envelope.
The gadget worked and I had wi-fi when I needed as I traveled through Japan. I was able to use maps, translate and send emails when I needed . In the end, I packed everything up, put it in the provided envelope. This is my second experience with Japan Wireless and I would use this service again.

Japan Wireless was so easy to book online, the WiFi device was at our hotel when we arrived , we had flawless internet everywhere and drop off was easy. Japan Witeless is great

used for two phones, reliable for map routing while out in tokyo. portable charger was very convenient. would use it again!

Awesome!! Charged fully at night, and stayed out during the day for 8-10 hours…. Got back to hotel with some juice left!!! The battery pack that comes with it, added comfort if you don’t already have one, but never had to use it. Pick up, setup/connecting, and return was a breeze!! The ONLY negative thing I have…..the cord was like back in the day where you have to wrap it around the device to keep it charging. To me, was not an issue though. WILL BE PURCHASING AGAIN IN!

We had the wife for 2 weeks. 10 days in the first wife died. Japan-wireless had a new unit to our hotel within hours. Thank you

Funcionou super bem. Muito bom

Kit très pratique avec un chargeur USB au format de prises local qui réduit le nombre de branchement au logement.

The devise is small and easy to use.
I had good strong wifi all the time.

Pratique, peu encombrant et indispensable quand on voyage à travers tout le Japon. Je le reprendrai la fois prochaine.
