Excellent product. Very happy with the service

It was easy to set up. And return instructions was so clear. It worked so well we never had any problem. Thanks for your service. Next time I'll definitelly use your devices again :)

We were three travellers and got two 30 days sim cards. They worked well despite we used in a Google pixel 3 and a Redmi Xiaomi, which are both listed as non supported models, so it was a nice surprise. Our phones were bought for the European market.

The entire experience was seamless. From time I ordered on line, pick up at hotel , usage, and drop off at airport. Will definitely use it during my next visit

Good product and Very useful

Coming for a short trip from America, this device worked like a charm. I was able to connect multiple devices to it and it never crashed or dropped service. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Japan to get one. Service was quick, I had the device waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived. Instructions were easy to understand on how to use and how to return it. I will be using this from now on every time we go. Thank you so much.

Wifi device was easy to pick up and return. The device also worked well most of the time!

Super reliable, and always working even in the underground stations. Always came in handy, and even better wifi than most hotels

The pocket wifi itself was fantastic and very useful! It was convenient having wifi access during our whole trip and returning it was super easy. The only problem I had was that the provided charging cable didn’t match the pocket wifi. The cable I received was a USB to Micro USB but the pocket wifi only had a USB-C port. Luckily I had a power bank that had multiple cables and one of them was USB-C so I was able to charge it as needed without having to purchase a new cable. Overall, it was a good experience with just one hiccup.

Great product for a great price. Will be doing it again next time we are in Japan.
