The product was perfect for our two week journey around Japan. It was robust , reliable with good performance. The service from Japan wireless was quick and efficient. Thank you

Worked great in Northern Japan. Pick-up / return was totally hassle-free. We will definitely use it again.

Collected from Haneda Airport, and switched it on and connected straight away. Never switched it off for the whole trip, and never lost connection. Perfect!

Everything worked very well. We found the device delivered at our hotel and very clear instructions on what to do to return. Wifi was fast and great. I would definitely recommend and use again!

Cheap and great! Additional powerbank is appreciated 👍

I can't believe how absolutely wonderful this company was to work with during my trip. Any time I had a question, they responded very quickly. They valued my time like no other company ever has. The pocket wifi was amazing as well. It worked flawlessly!! I will always recommend this company to anyone visiting Japan. I wish they were here in the US!!!! Thank you all so much for helping to make my trip the best time of my life!!!

The pocket wifi was perfect for my recent trip to Japan. The external battery pack helped keep the wifi on at all times and when needed.

I found this device invaluable while travelling in japan. it's important to take it out of the bag or put it on the outside to get best results.

Good coverage in the areas I went and on the Bullet train (Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto) (did have to rest it against the window on the train to get best performance)

Highly recommend as this saved me hotspotting my phone and killing the battery.

Very good coverage overall, there was a time at Nagoya train station that it stopped working for 30mins but besides that was always very reliable. The power bank that came with it was very helpful and the way to give it back was very simple. We took it all the way to the airport and before security we just placed it on a mailbox.

Product was exactly as advertised and the price was good, delivery in hotel and drop off at the posto-box of the airport were simple.
I never needed to use the power bank even if I used the device for 11-12 hours every day.
