The WiFi worked like a dream. There were 3 of us using the 1 device. The only issue if you got a little separated from whoever was carrying the device you would lose service so for next time I would think about renting at least 2 devices. Well worth the money.

It’s a must to travel around Japan

Wonderful experience. Easy to pickup and drop off. Unit was a breeze to connect, light weight. Extremely useful thankful we purchased it to use.

In Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, the internet is stable and high speed.

Very long power time

Convenient pickup in Airport. Just be sure to confirm which kiosk to pick up from. There are multiple kiosks located in the airport that support many different providers. Speed of device was adequate and no issues experienced with signal drop. Battery lasted all day without having to use the provided wireless battery charger.

Everything worked perfectly. Our compliments. Easy installation and handling, we had range everywhere, the whole family - 5 people - could make use of the wifi. Easy to send in at the end. It could hardly be better. We had a bigger powerbank with us ourselves.
But the instructions were rather vaguely printed, a clearer copy would be better.

It helped a lot for usto connect with one another and our families too. It has coverage everywhere in Osaka. It was cheap too as sll of us 4 were able to connect.
