Seamless coverage and very convenient. Highly recommended and reliable.

The wifi hotspot was very good. We used it all day every day of our trip. We hiked on the Kumano Kodo and the coverage there and all the places we stayed was very good. I recommend this device very much.

Very reliable and easy to use pocket wifi, a must to when you visit a new place.
It is more cheaper to get pocket wifi than using your regular phone data from your country.

Service was great and prompt delivery

This service was recommended from a travel tips facebook group and it was amazing! So cost effective, the devise was handed to me when I checked it. We never needed the back up power pack that was supplied as the main powerpack never ran out - and we used it again. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone.

Very convenient and good

Very impressed. Easy to collect and return device. Wifi coverage was outstanding. Much better than my husband who used global roaming.
Didn't need to use the powerbank. Would highly recommend!

Practical, reliable and efficient

I ordered the pocket wifi one month before my arrival. I went to the desk at Haneda to pick it and receive an envelope with all inside (wifi+cable+power bank). The internet was really fast. The pocket wifi could last up to 8 hours of intensive use. Thanks to the power bank, it could last even more than twice as long. It was really practical. I didn't encounter any daily data limits despite my continuous use. At the end of my stay, I mailed the return letter provided and everything went very smoothly.
