Worked exactly as expected. Pick up and drop off were simple, service was reliable. Battery life met all our needs. We had as many as 6 devices using it at a time with no issues. Much more cost effective than getting and eSIM per person if you are travelling with a group. Very happy with our experience and would hesitate to use this product again on future trips.

Good and easy to use

I found this a great product, that works very well
Surprised it is not used in other places

Loved the service. It was the best option for me and my husband when traveling to Japan. Pick up and drop off were fast and easy. Will be picking up again when back in Japan.

Connection always available, good bandwith and long life battery.
Delivery process simple and return easy. TOP!

We hired a wireless router for our 17 day campervan trip and had fast internet connection all throughout Japan. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless

Pudimos estar conectados sin problemas los 4 móviles y aguantaba la batería perfectamente.
Solo a tener en cuenta, llevar otro cable por si el q os dejan falla

Heard about the company online, they weren't lying about saying that the pocket Wi-Fi devices being fast and affordable. Next time I have friends or relatives visiting, I will definitely use them again.

Second time using Japan Wireless and it’s the best! Easy to use and pick-up/return process is as well. Highly recommend!

Is reliable, easy to use, a must if you are traveling to Japan
