i was able to use the pocket wifi even out in rural kyoto. it worked great for everyday browsing on two devices (my laptop, his phone). it didn't always work for online play on our nintendo switches. still, great value and great service

It was very simple to receive the wifi service, and I immediately received excellent coverage throughout my travels in Japan. Dropoff was also very easy, with clear instructions provided by the company. I would use this service again.
