I was fine using it. Most of the Japanese people I spoke with needed to speak up or hold the translator closer to their mouths. Overall worked well

My phone isn't compatible with esims so I rented this Wi-Fi device for 10 days. I never had to worry about the battery because lasted for hours while I was out BUT even if it died they also provide a portable charger. Picking it up was very simple and for drop off you have to find a red mailbox near you and just drop it in there in the prepaid return envelope they provide. It was also nice that I didn't have to worry about running out of data.

This made my trip so great! There was never an issue with the box, the battery life was amazing! I will definitely be recommending to friends and will repurchase when I travel to Japan again :))

Had perfect internet connection across the entire country, even while hiking in a remote area. Easy to pick up and drop off the wifi. Reasonable price for super fast speeds. Highly recommend!

As many ohers ahve watched reviews. Japan Wireless offered a relly good mobile hotspot service for the duration of our Japan trip. It was easy to book, receive, and start using. Even returning the package at the end of the trip was fun and had us looking for a post box to drop the return envelop. Great value as well. Will definitely use again.
