I order for a 14 day plan. It work perfect during my whole trip. We always had connecting. Picu up and drop.off was very easy. Follow instructions and everything will go perfect.

I used the modem for four weeks. It worked perfectly for the duration. It was in my hotel room when I arrived in Japan, and I returned by post at the airport. Recommend !

Good signal quality and smooth. Easy to connect. No any issues throughout the trip.

Decent speeds for the price. Maybe 10% of the time, I lost signal. But that could have been because of my location in a building or in a remote area. Overall, good value.

Very happy with this provider. The internet worked everywhere we went, from Hiroshima to Uji, Saitama and underground. Very good quality for value.

The device was great had two devices connected at all times and the connection throughout Japan was very reliable. The only downside was the battery that it came with it would run out of juice so we had to use our own external battery charger. Other than that I highly recommend.
