Easy to pick up, easy tot return wifi working evrywhere. Affordable price to rent.

So easy to use. Communication was easy even if I'm from the Philippines. Placed my order online and it was there on the day they said it will be delivered. Gave me refund when my original date of delivery was not possible. I was connected all throughout my stay in Japan, especially with the powerbank provided. Good connection from Osaka to Tokyo! Affordable price as well for the duration of my stay in Japan, total of 10 days. Easy to return as well! Will definitely avail again when we return to Japan for our next vacation. Thank you very much Japan Wireless!

We used this for 2 weeks in Japan during our April 2024 trip. Great coverage and the battery back-up came in very handy on a number of occasions. Delivery to our hotel was on time too. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again in future. Jeff

2nd time using it and very reliable

Japan Wireless provided useful directions to pick up and mail back the pocket wifi at Narita Airport, with screen shots of the pick up location and post boxes. The pocket wifi came with an portable battery but it was not needed as it had enough charge each day for 10-12 hours. Wifi speed was consistent at 4G in different cities around Japan (Tokyo and Kyoto). We will use again the next time we visit Japan!

It was so easy to book this product! Detailed instructions of how to collect the package was emailed and it was watiing for us, as described!

The pocket wifi never dropped coverage, it did have to be recharged daily, but most importantly kept us mobile whilst visiting Japan! Thank you so much!
