The Mifi works very easy and the pick-up and return service is just perfect. Although I also rented one e-sim card and there's Wifi in many places, this box was helpful when we separated a few times as family...the Mifi gave the rest of the family easy internet access at those moments. We used it during our 2 week family trip through Japan. Marc

We had no connectivity issues. Came with a charging cable and a power bank which came in handy multiples times during the trip.

Worked perfectly. The pocket wifi was send to the hotel. Easy to use. Send back by post.

Easy to download and great coverage whilst in Japan. Good value and recommend.

Japan Wireless was so amazing! My trip got delay a day and I ended up at another hotel and Japan Wireless was very understanding and had my Wi-Fi box sent to my new hotel on the day I got there with no delays. It worked amazingly well. I am very impressed with their services.
