Best Time with this device. I can Leave it on for the day and I'll have hi-speed internet with no issue. However, it did not work well in Okinawa

It was easy to acquire and very reliable for usage.

Happy with the Premium wifi coverage around Japan. We went outside the cities and the network coverage remained great.

All good perfect for these 15 days in Japan

Japan wireless service is amazing, it worked during all our trip, country side and city. Sometimes we had to turn if off and on to regain access to the wifi but it worked perfectly !
We picked it up at the airport and gave it back through mail service, easy and efficient
We will use again the service of Japan Wireless for our next trip in Japan.

Wonderfull for people who are in a Japon Travel.

Wifi worked well when I was exploring the tourist areas.

From easy ordering , to having it delivered to my hotel room waiting for me ( I arrived at night ) , to the simplicity of connecting ( it came fully charged).
I was very pleased, used for long days and no disconnections of reduction in service , used for navigating , videos home etc.
ease of returning from airport postbox .

Very easy to order and activate. Rapid responses from customer service. Great network coverage even on Tsushima. Only thing I can think of improving would be to include APN-settings in the instructions in the activation guide in case SIM does not automatically configure them. I will definitely recommend this to my friends travelling to Japan!
