Conection always at the top, device battery works for full day, excellent signal in all the locations!

It’s convenient, fast, easy to use and transport. Pickup at the airport and return via mail are easy and worryfree, too. Fast and reliable internet connection.

Everything worked perfectly:
Easy to get at the airport, very polite staff, easy to connext to, good connection and speed, we used the second battery a day we forgot to charge it, easy to return (just to post it in one of many postboxes).
Safe bet.

Wifi battery is really good. Will last almost the whole day out even if you do not use the power bank which is provided.
Signal is really strong for all regions of Japan I visited.
Return process was very simple as well.

The pocket wi-fi is my bestfriend during my stay in Japan :). I would definitely RENT it again. I hope to get a better deal on my next visit. Domou Arigatou. Nihon daisuki :)

A friend told me to get a portable WiFi while I’m in Japan so that I can have service while there. I ordered one from Japan Wireless. I was able to pick it up at the airport and drop it in the Japan Post mailbox before going through security on my way out of Japan. The wireless device came with easy instructions and a mailer to put the device and its other parts before sending it off in the mailbox. I Will definitely do this again when I come back to visit.

This was the 2nd time we ordered and used. Pick up from Haneda airport and mailed it back from Haneda airport. Very easy. Worked perfect

We used Japan wireless for 12 days, it was fantastic to have constant, secure conectivity. It was easy to set up and the extra power bank came in very useful.
