The speed is super fast! I haven't experienced any drop speed.
Battery: during this Japan trip, I started using it from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm, and it has some battery left! It's amazing! Better still, there is an extra power bank (free of charge) inside the package!
Reliability: Excellent! It's much better than the last one I got from another company at Haneda airport.
Form factor: Small, lightweight and extremely portable!
Price: Very reasonable price.
Return: easy! just drop it at the post office box before the customs.

Definitely will choose this style of WiFi again when we go to Japan!

Very convenient and cost friendly. Picked up at the Kansai Airport very quickly, and the fact that they provide you with a prepaid envelope to put in the mail when you are returning makes it so easy! WiFi connection was great, didn’t run into any problems. And the battery life lasted me the whole day!! Highly recommend!

Very convenient service makes visiting Japan so much easier

I would use your premium wifi again but pls check the routers and cables because the last one we got we had a problem with it. The cable with the set we got is loose and it won’t charge properly that we had to use another cable. Good thing my father had one. I think the router we got is old. The set my sister got is good. I would still use Japan wireless everytime we go to Japan because they have the best price and it is convenient to get and return.

We used the device to connect four phones and had absolutely no issues! It's small and easily transported. Well worth having on longer trips.

So easy from start to finish ! Easy sign up, pay, pick up, & drop off. Highly recommend.
