Had a little hiccups, verry happy with the quality and service.

It is cheap and it works. Buy this.

Since my phone does not have an option for the esim, I have ordered this card, and it was very simple proceedure for oredering, it already waited for me in the hotel (it arrived one day earlier) and the instruction for activating it was very clear and easy to follow. Also, it had a quite good coverage. All recomendation

I've used Japan Wireless several times now, and it's a great experience every time. Both the normal and Premium pocket wifis have been reliable and great to use.

Very reliable and convenient while we travelled. Easy process of reserving, picking up and returning the equipment. Would definitely use again.

Where ever I was in Japan, I was able to connect my cell phone, iPod and notebook PC. Multiple device connected no problem. Extra battery provided connected with short wire was essential for long use. It worked all day. I made sure I charged it before I went to bed. Big thanks to Premium Wi-Fi.

Wifi everywhere, good battery duration, not heavy !

Overall good wifi, with 8 people connected at once. Had a few issues on my part which were resolved promptly by the team. Great experience!

Merci à JAPAN WIRELESS pour le pocket wifi. Service au top, livraison et connexion tout au long de mon voyage !!!

Wifi connection was reliable and fast and it worked as expected.
