The pocket WiFi worked great. Never had an issues and the extra battery was a bonus.

The device held the charge for almost a full day without the extra battery pack. The pick up and drop off was easy to do.

Battery lasted all day long, the wifi was only spotty when we were at the top of a mountain. Amazing product I would recommend this 100% to anyone travelling to Japan

I would recommend it for sure to my family and friends. Very fast and you can really enjoy your vacation and up to date in social media , it really helps specially when your browsing / searching googles map to go around Japan . I will get it again when I go back cause I have my family living there .

Useful product for our trip!

I had great coverage in and around, Tokyo, Mt. Fuji/Lake Yamanakako, Takayama, Gokayama, Kanazawa, and Kyoto. I initially got the wrong charging cable but it was corrected, by delivery to my hotel room, the next day...even before I needed the cable!!

Very reliable and fast service across Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. No issues other than needing to follow the provided directions to restart the device if the signal starts to act funny. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again and really appreciated the accessories that are included.

Your one solution to stay connected while spending days in the beautiful land of Japan. Don't doubt it, try it.

The whole renting and returning equipment is very pleasant. I liked how I had the option to have the device delivered to my hotel since my flight arrived late and I wouldn't be able to pick up at the airport. I was able to experience unlimited data throughout my stay in Japan. Instructions and envelope included made it very easy to return. Will definitely rent this again the next time I'm in Japan.
