Easy pickup, clear instructions, and it just worked every day for our 16 days in Japan. Excellent battery life allowed long days of google maps and translate. Will definitely rent again.

very good and it works

Though we struggled to locate the office and pickup location at Haneda Airport, once we got it and started it, the service was excellent for our 3 devices. Worked perfectly no matter where we are and was small enough to comfortably tuck into our bags each day.

I highly recommend the Japan Wireless eSIM over other pre-paid options for traveling in Japan. It was reliable for the duration of my stay in Japan and an excellent alternative to a pocket wifi. I would sometimes have to toggle my phone in and out of airplane mode when traveling a long via train, it wouldn't always jump to the next tower without a reset, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Reliable service and excellent convenience.

Excellent service. Pick up the box in Narita Airport, simply connect your phones/laptop etc. to the wifi. The box is about the size of a small package of cigarettes, this is what you need to take wherever you go. Reload it daily to have enough power for the whole day; loading device included. A powerbank is included which you can bring with you just to be sure, but we never needed it during our 18 day stay in Japan. At the end of your stay you can simply out it in the envelope they have you and drop out in any post box. In our case, the post box in Narita. Happy Days

Wifi worked well while in Japan and we had 4 people connecting all the time. Battery lasted a long time and we didn't need to use the spare battery that comes with it.

We had our device delivered to our hotel and it was there waiting for us at check in. Only 1 day did the battery run out but we were out from 7:00am - 9:00pm. Service was strong and consistant. 3-4 devices connceted at all times. We will surely use this device again for our next trip.
