It was very easy and worked very well everywhere we went! It was perfect for two of us sharing wifi together on the go!

I did not get the initial email with the QR but support was friendly and helpful and cleared that up quickly. Sometimes the internet was a bit slow. But overall, great service!

This was an awesome product! Simple pick up and drop off. Worked well and made traveling so much more easy and enjoyable.

It's better to use the pocket wifi than subscribed to cruise ship wifi. Cheaper and sometimes have signals even in the middle of the ocean. On time delivery and easy return. Pocket wifi last about 5-6 hours use but comes with power bank. I highly recommended Japan Wireless for your wifi needs in Japan.

If you have multiple members on your trip get it. It’s really simple almost too simple. Pick up and drop off of the device very easy. Used it on my six week trip. Very reliable.

Prompt delivery. Quick response when the hotel initially refused to accept the package. Excellent set of products. Instructions on how to activate the device could be a little clearer. Support sometimes only in Japanese.

We weren't ready to have a different phone number while traveling in Japan. E mail access and internet was fine. your mini wi fi with extra battery and chord was perfect. Next time, we will definitely use this again. If we think we need a phone number for reservations etc, we will consider the SIM.

However, this was super easy to pick up at the airport and return before leaving. Thank you!
