So convenient, easy to use and easy to operate

Highest recommendation. Everything, ordering, order confirmation, pick-up at Haneda airport, the equipment, the cellular/Wifi service, and the final return using postage-paid envelope went flawlessly. We never had any interruption of Wifi service during our two-week trip in Japan covering multiple cities.

Very good deal and worked exactly as advertised

I've used Japan Wireless for 6-7 trips now, and they're always great, the package always arrives on time, the connection strength is got and the coverage is good too even in the more rural places of the country. Japan Wireless always gets my strongest recommendation and I tell everyone I know about how good it is every time someone I know is planning a Japan-trip!

No problems with connection for 4 people and fast and no restrictions or slow down and unlimited so I was totally happy with the pocket WiFi and will use again

The whole process of picking up the portable wifi and returning it could not have been easier or smoother. The coverage was excellent and supported 4 devices with no issues. I was very impressed!

I had a few problems with setting up the eSIM but the support was very fast and helpful!
I had no further issues, the eSIM worked as it should and I was able to enjoy my stay in Japan.
Would definitely recommend using this eSIM!

Your WIFI was perfect for our trip.

Product worked well and like new. Only suggestion I have is that the instructions in English would be more helpful if bigger in size.

If you need internet on the go in Japan don’t think twice.,This is an awesome service that even worked on top of Mt. Fuji. Did a live WhatsApp video call to family in US. No problem worked like a charm
