The product worked well in Okinawa and Tokyo.

Worked great for family also with multiple devices.

We have used the hotspot for about 19 days during our recent trip to Japan. The signal has been strong and reliable, no matter where we were, big city or small mountain region. Would certainly use this service again.

No problems with the wi-fi.

Good to have this for those times when no other WiFi is available. Occasionally, it would stop working and require restarting, so that’s why I only give four stars.

We connected four devices from around 9am to 9pm. This Pocket Wifi's battery was lasting all this time from day to day. Traveling in a 1000km radius around Tokyo we got reliable and fast internet connection almost anywhere. This is what we wanted and it is what we got. 5/5 Stars!

It worked wonderfully well serving all our devices through our two week trip in Japan.

Even I had a problem with the device, once I informed, the company reacted immediately delivering a new one on the following day

Overall experience is good. Most of time the reception is good except a few spots were slow. It’s good for the price and I will recommend it.

The product was easy to use, the batterie lastet a whole day.
And delivery was aswell on point
