Great Internet

Thank you for helping us on our travel. And with the advices you gave for places to visit, we’ve made lots of great memories.

We have had no issues at all with our wifi pocket. Would highly recommend this option especially for longer trips.

We were very happy with the service provided and it enabled us to enjoy our honeymoon without fear of loosing connection! :)

The wireless hotspot was waiting for us at the hotel and worked flawlessly. Return envelope included which made it easy to send back. Would use this service again.

Good service for a good price. Worked in most areas. Lost service a few times but not for long.

Nice connection and speed. Very easy to book and to get. 4 stars just because there was no connection on Koya San which is indeed a touristic place.

The pocket WiFi worked well even in some pretty remote locations, will definitely use again.

You must get the premium one. In the beginning we got the premium one but when we got there they said they were out and shipped us a business one and refunded us the difference but we used it for one day and it wasnt enough speed for us. I emailed them and they got another premium sent to us ASAP. Great service and response time. Highly recommend. Very easy to use too. Got the package and sent it back wit ease. (Although it was a hard time finding out where the post office was but look for a big orange box) kinda wish they added on there some locations of the postal bins or what its called in japanese so you can gps it by name. But overall really good and easy to use. Must have for travelling japan.

I will surely recommend this to my friends. I had the best time in Japan with the help of Japan Wireless. Surely use this again when I come back.
