The only challenge we had was finding the right pick-up point at the airport. The devices, the service while traveling throughout Japan and the ease in dropping them in the mailboxes when completed - was super!

Very affordable and convinient

If you're not familiar with KXI airport, you may get lost.Just go towards where you buy tickets and board the train. The WiFI was great!!! The connection was reliable, set up was easy, and the battery last.

At first I could not make it work, but I emailed the compañy and they almost instantly replied with a solution that worked perfectly for the whole trip.

Picked this up at Kansai airport ABC counter just outside of exiting customs. It worked great everywhere we went and battery life ran us about 10-12 hours a day and internet wasn’t spotty for us now if I remember correctly.

Returning the device made it seem like I was supposed to drop it off at a neighborhood post office, but I asked a worker in the station where the nearest drop off post was and they pointed to a red mailbox literally right before you enter customs back at Kansai airport. Straight forward directions and easy to follow, but I was just confused on what type of mailbox would be acceptable. Will purchase same service when I come back!

I am very thankfull for the sim WiFi i used in my tour in japan ,the signal is good ❤️ i enjoyed using my google maps because of good wifi.I will definitely order sim wifi again when I go back to Japan .thank you so much for making my memories full.Good job 👍❤️

Everything ok, super fast wifi, save our trip.

In July 2024 I rented three Premium Pocket WI-FIs for all the members of my family for a few weeks, and all three devices performed greatly, very useful and never failed. The power banks are also very useful. The battery of the new model of device (the small square one) lasts longer. Thank you !

Got one for the kids to share… had 5 kids streaming off this without any issues nor any complaints of slowness. They were really happy. Thank you!
