Received, at my hotel, the Japan Wireless hot spot as ordered. Worked well wherever I went in Japan. Highly recommend it!

I used Japan Wireless for my recent trip to Japan and I didn't regret anything! It was super convenient. I went to Kamakura, Kawasaki, Enoshima, and Tokyo and I had a Wifi signal everywhere I went. The battery lasted from around 7 am to 4 pm from what I remember, but as long as you charge the extra battery it should last you all day. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to people who are traveling to Japan short-term and need Wifi on their trip. The return process was very easy.

Recently rented for 2 weeks while on business in Japan. Reliable high speed internet wherever I went. Very simple pickup at airport post office and drop off in mail. Just turn it on and you’re up and running. Couldn’t have been happier.

I found renting a WiFi hotspot to be critical to navigating around and Japan Wireless made it very easy. Thanks for everything.

We were impressed by the coverage of our WiFi as we travelled 2 weeks all over southern Japan. The only issue was, thankfully we had the backup battery because the device itself would only last around 4/5 hours. But with the backup battery we were good all day

Pocket WiFi is very handy for family travel in Japan. You can connect everyone's devices to the internet while in Japan. You pick up your pocket WiFi, and the extra charging battery they include, from the post office at the airport in Narita. And it comes with a return envelope that you simply put everything back in and drop off at any post office drop box. We returned ours at the airport where we picked it up. We were basically connected from arrival to departure.
