Fast, stable and completely unlimited Internet connection, convinient and easy pick up and return and free extra battery pack that you can use to charge your phone with. All of this and still lower price than others. Would definitly use JW again

Good value for money. Battery lasts more than a day

When travelling in Japan as an English speaker it’s really handy to have access to the internet at all times ! Most mobile plans from home are very expensive . This device is perfect ! And the service very convenient . We picked it up on arrival at Haneda airport - easy to find desk and will return it in a similar way !
