Picked it up on Haneda airport and everything went smooth. Just remember to charge the 4G thing and the extra charger everyday and you will have free wifi for an entire day and night. It worked far better than the wifi in the hotels.

Reserved the pocket wi-fi online and received an immediate confirmation and instructions on how to pick it up when I arrived at Narita Airport. The pick up process was fast and smooth. Connecting to the device was easy following the instructions provided. The service was excellent even on trains. Truly a life saver!

This is the easiest and most cheapest way to have internet without worrying about your cellphone bill being ding for high data charges. Easy, simple and fast data anywhere you go. Highly recommend it

we had no trouble with the router. it was ready for pick up at our first hotel when we arrived. and so easy to drop into the mail box on our last day. it had everything we needed and no problems. great service.
