Really liked the service! Can’t wait to use you again !

My boyfriend and I went to Japan a few weeks ago and requested that the pocket WiFi to be sent to our hotel. Sure enough, when we checked in to our first hotel, our package was waiting for us. We are definitely going to use this company again whenever we go back to Japan. ❤️

First visit to Japan recently, there for 19 days with two friends. The pocket WiFi was key to a great trip! Picked it up at the post office in Narita, turned it on, logged in and went online right away, all 3 of us. The battery lasts indeed for almost 10 hrs. It worked well everywhere (except in long tunnels between Kyoto and Kanazawa). The speed was good, the unlimited data is awesome. Specially on the first few days, using Google Maos, I went thru gigs of data. Had to reset it once, customer service in a English very helpful. And the price was excellent. Very satisfied with it overall.

Ho ordinato il poket wifi tre giorni prima di partire ed era lì ad aspettarmi in aeroporto; la batteria durava tranquillamente tutto il giorno fino a sera senza la necessità di doverla ricaricare con il powerbank. Restituzione veramente molto semplice con la cassetta postale.
Se dovessi ripartire penso lo riprenderei.

I visit Japan 6 times a year and i always rent their pocket WIFI (premium), picked up at the arriving airport. I never experienced connection interruption or coverage problem. They are very punctual, very professional and very reasonably priced. strongly recommended.
