The SIM I ordered online was waiting for me when arrived at my hotel in Tokyo. It even came with simple instructions and a pin for opening the SIM slot. I was up and running in minutes. The connection was great, and worked all over my travels in Japan. It was fast and reliable, dropping briefly only in areas with huge crowds of people. I also used my phone as a hotspot to browse on my laptop. I probably had more data than I needed, but it was worth the peace of mind.

Our first time in Japan. Went on a 21 days land and sea NCL Japan cruise. Worked flawless on land and each visited ports. Easy to pick up and drop off. Highly recommended for first timers.

Highly recommended. Very easy to use, compact, great coverage on rural trails as well as cities, equipment waiting for us when we checked in to our first hotel and just dropped in a postbox when we left Japan.

The hotspot that I rented during my recent trip to Japan kept me connected and served me well. Throughout Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Nagoya, Sapporo, Otaru, Tokyo, Kamakura, and Yokohama, the hotspot was able to provide a usable and fast enough connection for getting productivity work done. I would definitely consider renting this again for the quality and price offered!
