Super easy to use and connection everywhere with no restricted service

I placed an order for a mobile hot spot through Japan Wireless' website about two weeks before my arrival in Tokyo. When I checked in at my hotel, I inquired about a package and the hotel employee went to retrieve it. I connected to my phone and my husband connected his with no trouble. I carried the hotspot in my purse during the day and charged it overnight. Never had to use the backup battery. We found a postal box to mail the hotspot back to Japan Wireless before our departure. Two days later, I recieved an email to confirm Japan Wireless had recieved the returned hot spot.

The best!
Two thumbs up!

Great value and easy to follow instructions. Easy to find pickup point at Narita.

helpfull save money.

I always use Japan wireless and I have never had any issues, convenient and easy to connect

highly recommended! great service and very easy to return. connection was smooth throughout my 2 week stay. lastly, the price was really reasonable too.

Reserving, picking up and dropping off the pocket WiFi was super easy. I would definitely recommend using Japan wireless!

Fantastic unit easy to use and never failed. A must for travellers. Will be using again on our next trip

It worked very well overall.
The only problem was battery life, thankfully it came with an extra battery. It also required reset, usually once a day.
I would definitely use it again.
