Very satisfied. Would rent from you again in the future.

We decided to use Japan-wireless as a couple of our phones were not capable of using e-sims. Ordered online a few days before we arrived. It was ready and waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. All cables and simple instructions supplied in a handy carry bag. It was just a matter of logging on to the device the same way as you would to any WiFi. We had no issues. NO dead spots. And all 4 of us could comfortably connect and use our devices. Speed was acceptable. Return was simple just pop everything back into the prepaid envelope supplied and pop it in a post box which we did at the airport just before we checked in. Recommend… will definitely use next time.

The wire to charge my wifi was not working.
I notified Japan Wireless. They promptly responded and mailed me another one.
Very efficient!

All you have to do just place an order online and pick it up at airport, drop off at any mailbox when finished.
