Great service

Good coverage, excellent value

Simply great device.

I was able to get access most places. Great investment while traveling in Japan.

Overall it worked well. Was still quite fast, we got signal pretty much everywhere. Only downside: it's quite slow to start when you turn it on, even when it says it's ready before functioning you will still have to wait a bit. Also, to turn it off you need to keep pressing the button but not too much. Raise the finger from the button before the "goodbye" text appears. Otherwise, if we held too much, it kept randomly turning on again.

Works perfectly, but it runs out of battery a little too often, which is a bit inconvenient

This was our very first time to Japan so we couldn’t imagine a trip without Wi-fi. The service was perfect, it was easy to collect and return it. Moreover there was a battery which was clearly useful ! I think we’ll use Japan Wireless again if we were to return to Japan.

We would have been completely lost without it on several occasions! Worked without a hitch, would definitely recommend the product and supplier.
