We ordered the pocket wifi for use on our holiday to Japan. It was sent to the local post office and was easy to collect and return by post. Easy to use and travel with, and good speed. Although there was an issue with the device we were first sent, Japan Wireless replaced that device quickly with another and refunded the days we were unable to use the original device, so happy to recommend.

The WiFi router worked well and was easy to set up. Needs a lot of charging, so good thing an extra battery is included in the package.

Only one "bad" feedback, at the airport it was hard to fine place in mail boxes, they were all full, please check about a solution because arriving at the airport means that you are leaving Japan and can't leave your pack could be a problem for clients!

What a difference having the wireless internet made to our holiday. Our 3 children could watch movies, connect with friends on social media and have quiet time when traveling on Trains and in between attractions. More importantly we were able to navigate our way around Japan using wireless internet. Great product, great connectivity, highly recommended.

Excellent both customer service and device. Got it posted before we arrived our hotel in Tokyo. Worked almost every where we went in Tokyo, mr Fuji, Kyoto and Osaka.

I booked the WiFi for a nearly 3 weeks and upon my arrival at the hotel it was already delivered. The WiFi connection was great and also it was easy to use and to return. I would definitely use it again.

It wzs perfect. Just one point : the device was switching on when plugging for charging. I had to switch off to accelerate the charge!

Would have given it 5 stars if only the unit arrved on time. Otherwise its a good service provider. The unit comes with a powerbank for whole day internet service. Convenient return at any postal mailbox anywhere in tokyo.
