At the hotel lobby at my arrival as promissed. Easy use and fast internet on multiple devices. Easy dropoff at a post box at 50 meters of my hotel. Great product and great service.

Absolutely flawless connection, long battery life, and no issues.

After a reasonable amount of research we chose Japan Wireless. We have only good things to say. We were connected without interruption throughout Japan, for 25 days with only a little drop in speed in some very out of the way locations. JW provide a great product and excellent service. As with all MiF units the battery life is poor so make sure the battery pack is charged. Highly recommended.

Japan Wireless provided us with unlimited wifi all over Japan for our trip. Clear instructions and so reliable.

Fast and reliable wifi at a great price

I would 100% order from this company again! Customer service was excellent, the price was not bad, and on top of that, the WiFi rental was so tiny it could fit in the palm of my hand! It barely took up any space in my bag while traveling around. Also, the battery lasts a very long time. I think after a full day out of sightseeing and using it at my hotel for an online class, I still had 65%! Pretty impressive! I will totally order it again when I return to Japan later this year!

We ordered the night before our flight and we picked up the device at Narita airport post office. Wifi speed was superb. I’ll order again on my first visit.
