Worked flawless for my entire trip

Fast speed and battery lasts long time

We always rent the Internet with Japan Wireless. The wireless speed is great even with 10 people connected and the batery last all day.
Furthermore, they have a great costumer service. We had some questions and they always answered us as soon as possible.

I was very happy with the services of Japan Wireless. I picked up and returned the package with no hassle. The power bank broke down after 5 days and after receiving my message, they sent a whole new replacement package to my hotel as soon as possible. I would rent from them again on my next visit to Japan

Great battery

It was delivered on time at the hotel that I checked in. It comes with a pouch, extra battery bank and charging cable and an addressed envelope. The device works for about 8 hours straight, the extra battery will make it last for the rest of the day. The internet speed is very fast and reliable. It comes with an instruction on what to do if the internet stops working, but I didn't have that problem. Great service and worth every penny!
