It’s the 4th time I’ve rented a device from Japan wireless. It’s the best value high speed device with unlimited usage

Best purchase of our trip to Japan. Perfect for our 14 day stay.

Good connection. No data cap. Good battery on the device. Easy to get and return.

The service was perfect and it is very useful during my trip.

In all conditions network was fine. To recommend.

Had the pocket wifi mailed to my hostel - worth the extra money as they mailed it a day earlier than the booking date to make sure I had it! Super easy to set up and the internet was lightning fast with 2 users. Return was so easy as I had to drop it off in Osaka Kansai airport. Just into a post box and you are set!

Always reliable and fast everywhere in Tokyo and Kyoto. The battery pack was essential as otherwise on busy days the router would run out of battery.

No problems encountered while using the device. Thank you!

Excellent coverage even when hiking through mountain passes. Highly recommended.

The collection was easy, the device worked perfectly. Only small issue, the device battery wasn’t that great and we needed to use the power bank a couple of time during the day.
