I've been renting my wifi device from Japan Wireless for several years now. During this period, they have always delivered flawlessly ---seamless, no hassle and easy to communicate with. I'm pleased to give them my business and have recommended them to friends traveling to Japan.

The delivery to the hotel is on time. The delivered wifi pocket comes with a powerbank which is useful since it gives additional time usage. All the locations we visited had a good internet service. Lastly the returning of the wifi is very convenient

We were able to navigate around Tokyo easily with the use of the Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi. The pick up and return was also easy. Thank you so much. I highly recommend renting from them.

Good service and consistent

Used this product for 8 days & it was god sent. It would last me from early hours in the morning (fully charged) to early evening, long lasting and very fast internet. Will get again next time i visit beautiful Japan!
