Very easy to work with. Was delivered to hotel and pre paid mailing envelope was included to return when done. Data was consistent with no issues.

We are family of three and all of us have no problem with the Wifi connection. We rented for ten days and it's worth the price. Very pleased with the service. Consistent connection with reliable service. Never needed to call or concern about the device and Wifi availability. Will rent this again.

Rented for 10 days and the pocket wifi lasted for 12-13 hours each day! Didn't lose any wifi for 99% of my trip. Speeds were incredibly fast and didn't slow down 99% of the time.

We had a stable and reliable internet during our whole stay in Japan. We travelled from Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and then to Tokyo and the navigation and use of social media were smooth and fast because of the excellent internet connection everywhere.

Japan wireless is a must for anyone who is traveling around Tokyo and doesn't speak Japanese. Easy to use and great battery life allowed us to travel with ease and always connected

It was very easy to access at the airport. And using the device was simple. To avoid sudden battery drainage, be sure to charge fully before taking out - it seems to maximise the battery life. Overall, it was worth the money and I would recommend it.
