The service was fantastic, super cheap and super convinient. Our family of 3 all used portable wifi and did not even need to get wifi at hotels.

We had great coverage everywhere we went on Honshu. The unit served 5 people and lasted all day. Only on one day did we exhaust the battery, but there was a power pack in the bag to keep us going. A bit of an issue when the kids skiied away from us, but that is no fault of the unit😃

Signal was better than other pocket wifi that I rented before in Japan.

Wifi was great, easy collection and return. My only criticism would be the speeds quite often weren't that fast and had to switch to other free wifi in the area. But much better than a sim card that's for sure.

This item came very handy on my trip to japan. It was very easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow.
