Efficient service, easy to use and carry around while traveling

The product was very functional and handy

Easy to use and works very well in all Japan, at least from Tokyo to Hiroshima.

We have used this company several times over the past few years, and found speed and coverage in Japan (used from Kobe to Hokkaido) to be excellent. with no equipment issues.

I used this service for two weeks and the service worked flawlessly. The power bank included with the pocket wifi was useful and picking up and dropping off the products was seamless.

It was very easy to book the devices and we opted to have them sent to the hotel instead of airport pick-up. The devices arrived way ahead of our arrival date. And returning the device was very easy since the instructions are very clear on what needs to be done.

The WiFi service was strong and battery lasted the whole day, easily more than 10hours of battery time.

Very happy and definitely highly recommend.

First time to get the business wifi and not the more expensive one. It was good for navigating, general internet surfing and social media. The more expensive one (which I always get in previous travels) allowed me to watch videos seamlessly and stream HD music. Overall still good and for a cheaper price, it was very worth it!
